Account Verification

According to the local Romanian regulation governing the online gambling industry, in order to continue having full access to all your account functions without interruption, we are required to confirm that:

  • the information in your account is correct and valid
  • your account is identified

We would kindly ask you to spend a few minutes logging in to your Account to check these details and confirm that they are correct and valid. If any of your information, such as your name or address is incorrect and / or in force, please contact Customer Care to make any necessary changes.

Once you've completed the update process, you'll need to complete the process of verifying your account (if you have completed the verification process in the past, it does not need to be repeated)

To complete the verification process, you'll need to visit “My Account”, then "Account verification" and "Upload Documents" section and upload the following documents (photographed or scanned) in a maximum period of thirty days post your initial deposit:

  • Color duplicate of both sides of your identity card or passport
  • A color copy of a recent (last three months) official document stating your full name and address (e.g. utility bill, mobile or monthly bank account)
  • A clear copy (preferably photo) of the front side of your credit/debit card (s), with clear visibility of the last 4 digits of your card’s number, expiration date and the card holder's name. Please ensure that the rest of the digits are hidden.
  • If the transaction was made with an electronic wallet (Skrill, Neteller), the transaction receipt (proof or photo), showing the account number and the transaction to winmasters.

  • All files must be in the form of jpg, gif, pdf, and their size should not exceed 4MB.

Note: all Romanian customers, regardless of the deposit amount, must undergo the account verification process by sending KYC documents within 30 days of their initial deposit. During this period and until full account verification, users are not allowed to deposit more than 900 RON/200 Euro (or the equivalent in other currencies). In case users fail to confirm the authenticity of the provided data within 30 days, winmasters will proceed with closing the relevant account. The remaining balance of the account will be withheld and transferred to the state budget until the 10th of the next month (following the month when the initial deposit was made). Romanian citizens are obliged to provide to winmasters their CNP (Personal Identification Code), either during registration or by contacting via email the winmasters support at: support@winmasters.ro
